Lidia Ferraz has over 15 years of experience in real estate and construction finance. As Head of Finance & Strategic Planning at 6S D+B, she plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. With a strong background in financial management and credit analysis for real estate transactions, Lidia combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise.

An economist by training, she holds a degree in Economics, as well as a second undergraduate degree in Corporate Systems from Boston College. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Leadership and Administration from Boston College, making her a proud Double Eagle. Lidia co-founded 6S D+B alongside Tony and Clayton, bringing both vision and financial acumen to the company’s growth and success.

Clayton Ferraz is the Head of Construction & Project Management at 6S D+B, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience and a deep commitment to excellence. With a background in the restaurant industry, Clayton honed his expertise in customer service and operations management before transitioning into construction, where he has spent the past decade leading successful projects.
